- Megan Selland completed her MPhil in International Peace Studies with distinction from Trinity College Dublin. She also graduated summa cum laude from Concordia College, Moorhead with a major in Global Studies. Prior to joining America Abroad Media as Development Coordinator, she worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross to support its Guantanamo Bay detention visit program.
During undergraduate school Megan studied in Greece for a semester, taking a variety of coursework and traveling the country. She also completed internships with the office of US Senator Byron Dorgan and the Center for Democracy and Human Rights in Saudi Arabia. Her primary background is in international development and conflict resolution.
