Mowaffak al-Rubaie
Mowaffak al-Rubaie was elected to the Iraqi National Assembly in December 2005 as a nominee of the United Iraqi Alliance. He was a member of the Interim Iraq Governing Council, created following the US 2003 invasion of Iraq. In April 2004, Dr. al-Rubaie was appointed National Security Adviser of Iraq.

Ryan Crocker
Ryan Crocker is a career Ambassador with the U.S. Foreign Service. He was the U.S. ambassador to Iraq from 2007 to 2009, and prior to that was ambassador to Pakistan, Syria, Kuwait and Lebanon. He is currently the Dean of Texas A&M's George Bush School of Government and Public Service.

Brett McGurk
Brett McGurk served on the National Security Council, first as director for Iraq, and then later as a Special Assistant to President Bush and Senior Director for Iraq and Afghanistan. He also served as a senior Iraq advisor during the first year of the Obama administration and again in Baghdad over the last quarter of 2010.
